First, thank you for following our blog. Hopefully we are able to spark a thought or action in your day.

In our past statements, we have told you who we are in the real estate industry, but we have yet to explain what Property Management services we offer for investments (possibly too long to clarify this one).  So here are a few of the basic services we offer to our clients.

·       Open owner and tenant relations

·       Professionally prepared property for rentals

·       Extensive marketing and advertising for your property

·       We actually will show your property

·       Due diligence in tenant application screening

·       Capable of negotiating leases

·       Diligent in collection of rents and security deposits

·       All security deposits will be in a trust account

·       You will receive monthly statements with receipts and proceeds

·       Maintenance and enhancement of your property can be performed by us

·       Move-in or out inspections that will be handled by us

·       All security deposits when applicable will be returned in a timely manner

·       Our job is to minimum turnover and vacancy time

·       All this is accomplished at a very competitive cost

Our approach to provide an innovative and quality property services is to simply follow the Five “C’s” from Our Pledge: Commitment, Confidence, Common Sense, and Contentment.

The Common Sense path is possibly the most important route to take with a fresh direction toward the task at hand. Each property needs a course set that meets the demand before a bad situation happens or “getting ahead of the problem before it starts”. This can be accomplished by applying our knowledge of what can happen and being prepared to act in a timely manner with quality and integrity.

We know the phrase “Talk is cheap” but we can certainly attest that this is not the case when there is only talk with no action. When a pledge or a promise is not acted upon in a timely manner then “trust” is thrown out the proverbial window.  Without “trust” in your business then you might as well close up shop and go home because this is the beginning of the domino effect where one principle falls then the rest will follow.
