How Do We Do It?
The question “How Do We Do It?” uses the key operative word “Do” twice. “Do” is equivalent to a forward motion toward achievement.
In today’s society there appears to be a sense of entitlement in our way of life that has embedded into the very core of who we are, which constricts most from doing what is needed to achieve what is expected. We are applauded or recognized because we merely show up in class or do our job. We should receive an accolade when we have exceeded our given responsibilities beyond the “call of just do”.
At Golden Road Properties we prefer the performance base approach with rewards or consequences because we are truly up for the challenge of your investment properties.
